They're aimed at producing a dog who is a willing partner, eager to learn, happy to work, and having the basic civilization necessary to allow her the access she needs to do her job and to allow you the confidence to enjoy being and working with her.

Leash Lungers Anonymous - Rehabilitation for aggressive and reactive dogs. In class we teach you calming signals, stress signals, training & management techniques, and how to re-establish limits and boundaries to help your dog refocus on you instead of his triggers. We use a technique called BAT or Behavior Adjustment Training. BAT uses environmental consequences to reward socially acceptable choices. In a nutshell, BAT gives the dogs a chance to control their environment through peaceful means. It’s very empowering to the dog.

* LLA Class is currently on hiatus - please contact Marie for private lessons to address aggression/reactivity.

Behavior Consultation & Private Lessons - Private one on one lessons are available for those with specific training and behavior modification needs, and for those who prefer to train in their own environment. I can teach you anything from basic obedience, to specialized training for therapy or service dogs, to modification of behaviors such as lack of self control, nipping, jumping, fear issues, aggression, and separation anxiety.
